Why "I Nidi del Delta"?
In the Po Delta, nature takes center stage.
Amid the reed beds, lagoons, and bodies of water live some of the region’s most fascinating bird species: flamingos, kites, little egrets, kingfishers, herons, marsh harriers...
Observing them means learning to slow down, to pause, and to listen.
That’s why we’ve chosen to name each apartment after one of the iconic inhabitants of this region.

The residence’s pool is the perfect place to relax after a day spent enjoying the sea, the lagoon, and nature trails.
Here you can alternate between exploration and relaxation: a morning on a bike, an afternoon by the pool, an evening watching the sunset.
Just a few dozen meters away is the Darsena Marina Nuova in Porto Levante, the perfect starting point for exploring the Delta from the water: moor your own boat, rent one, go sport fishing, or set out on excursions through the lagoons and reed beds.
